Pastillas Recipe


Ingredients
2 cups of powdered milk
1 can 380grams of condensed milk
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoon of butter


Procedure:

1. Pour the powdered and the condensed milk in a bowl. Just pour 2 cups of powdered milk and 1 can (14 oz.) of condensed milk into a bowl.
2. Mix the powdered and condensed milk together. The mixture may be a little thick and hard to mix together.
3. Add the butter to the mixture. Add 2 tablespoon of butter to the mixture;
4. Shape your candy into circles or cylinders. Choose the shape you'd like for your pastillas;
5. Pour the sugar on a plate. Pour half a cup of sugar on a plate.
7. Wrap the pastillas in cellophane. You can cut the cellophane in advance to get the desired shape.
7. Then place the pastillas in the cellophane and wrap .

8. Serve  the candies on a party plate and enjoy.

Beef Caldereta Recipe



Ingredients:
1 kilo beef, cut into chunks
½ cup vinegar
6 whole peppercorns, crushed
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups water or more, as needed
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small carrot, peeled and diced
1 potato, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or your favorite hot sauce
¼ cup liver spread
½ cup frozen peas
Grated cheddar cheese (optional)
Cooking Procedures:
1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, crushed peppercorns and garlic. Stir in the beef, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. While the beef is marinating, prepare all the vegetables needed for this dish.
3. After an hour, remove the beef from the marinade and let it drain for few minutes.
4. Using a heavy pan, brown the beef in hot oil a few pieces at a time. Transfer into a plate and set aside.
5. Using the same pan, sauté the onion until translucent. Return the browned beef to the pan. Add tomato sauce, bay leaf, salt, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until the beef is tender, stirring constantly and adding more water as needed.
6. Add the red pepper, potato, carrot and hot sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 more minutes.
7. Add the liver paste and green peas. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
8. Transfer into a serving plate and top with grated cheese
9. Serve with steamed rice.

Tinolang Manok



Tinolang manok recipe is one of the Filipino recipe that has easy to cook. There are three basic ingredients in cooking this dish, the chicken, unripe papaya and chili leaves or malungay leaves as alternative And the spices that should never be omitted are ginger, onion and garlic that makes up the flavor.

Ingredients:

500g chicken
1 bundle spinach or leaves of chili (dahon ng sili)
1 medium chayote (sayote)
1 small ginger (slice into 1 inch)
1 large onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp fish sauce (patis)
salt
black pepper
cooking oil


Cooking Procedures:

1. In a saucepan, saute the garlic, onion & ginger in cooking oil.

2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken colors lightly.

3. Add the fish sauce.

4. Pour-in water and bring to a boil. Simmer until chicken is done about 30 minutes.

5. Add the chicken cube and sayote/chayote. Continue simmering until sayote/chayote is tender.

6. Add pepper leaves and salt to taste.

7. Remove from heat.

8. Serve hot.

Leche Plan Recipe



• 10 pula ng itlog
• 1 lata (390g) kondensada
• 1 lata (390g) gatas evaporada
• 1 kutsarita ng banilya katas o limon kakanyahan

Para sa karamelo:

• 1 tasa ng asukal
• 3/4 tasa ng tubig

Paraan ng Pagluluto:

1.Preparation oras: 30 minuto
2.Estimated oras ng pagluluto: 1 oras
3.Pagsamahin ang asukal at tubig. pakuluin ilang minuto hanggang sa asukal caramelize sa isang kasirola.
4.Dispense ang caramelized asukal sa aluminum molds (maaari mong gamitin ang anumang hugis: hugis-itlog, bilog o parisukat) Ipagkalat ang karamelo sa ibaba ng molds.
5.Blend kasama ang mga gatas, kondensada,pula ng itlog at banilya sa pamamagitan ng kamay o blender.
6.Dahan-dahan paglagay ng tinimpla sa ibabaw ng caramel sa molds aluminum. Ilagay ang molds 1 hanggang 1 1/4 pulgada makapal.
7.Tapan ang molds nang paisa-isa na may aluminyo foil.
8.Steam ng 20 minuto OR
9.Bake ng 45 minuto. Bago pagbe-bake ng Leche Flan, ilagay ang molds sa isang mas malaking baking pan kalahati puno na may masyadong mainit na tubig. Pre-init oven sa tungkol sa 370 degrees bago baking.
10.Pagkatapos palamigin.
11. Maglagay ng plato sa ibabawtapos i-baligtad ang iposisyon ang golden brown karamelo sa ibabaw.
12.Maaring malaman kung luto na ang leche plan sa pamamagitan ng pagtusok ng kutsilyo o kaya stick. Kung ito ay dumating out malinis, ito ay luto.

Bulalo Ramen Recipe


Marasap kumain ng Mainit na Sopas" Bulalo Ramen", lalo na kapag tag-ulan

Mga Sangkap:

Para sa sopas Stock:

2.5 kilo beef buto (Bulalo)
200 gramo puting sibuyas
150 gramo ng karot, kwadrado
150 gramo ng bawang
100 gramo hiniwang luya
5 litro ng tubig
2 kutsarita ng asin, sa panlasa
4 pack ramen (pinakuluang para sa 3 minuto)

Para sa Topping:

4 na piraso pinakuluang itlog
60 gramo pechay tagalog, (blanched)
120 gramo buong mais
80 gramo pritong bawang

Para sa Mariner Sarsa:

150 ML toyo 60 ML kapakanan 1 kutsarita ng asin 2 tablespoons asukal

Pamamaraan ng Pagluluto:

Pakuluan magkasama ang mga sangkap para sa sopas ng 3-5 na oras o hanggang karne ay malambot. Salain at magtabi. Sa paghahanda:

Alisin ang karne mula sa sopas buto stock at mag-atsara ang karne sa sarsa mariner sarsa. Ibuhos ang sopas stock at rekaduhan ng paminta. Idagdag sa pinakuluang ramen. Sa ibabaw may pechay tagalog, buong mais at asin.

Apritadang Manok

Mga Sangkap:

1 kilo ng manok( Hiwain ayon sa iyong kagustuhang laki)
1/2 kilo ng patatas(hiwain sa apat ang isang patatas)
1 kutsarita ng hiniwa na bawang
1 sibuyas na katamtaman ang laki(hiwain ito)
1 green bell pepper hiwain ito
1/2 tasa ng tomatoe sauce
1/2 tasa ng breadcrumbs
lagyan ng kaunting asin,paminta at mantika

Paraan ng Pagluluto:

1. Sa isang kaserol,manok sa magkabilang panig at magtabi.

2. Igisa bawang at sibuyas.

3. Ibuhos sa stock at tomato sauce.

4. Magdala sa isang pigsa at idagdag sa manok.

5. Payagan simmering hanggang manok ay luto.

6. Ihalo ang patatas at payagan pagluluto.

7. Ihalo ang bell pepper at panahon na may asin at paminta.

8. Idagdag sa breadcrumbs at kapalan sauce.

9. Ihain ng mainit.

Pork Tocino




Ingredients:

2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1/4 inch thickness

Marinade:
1 tbs kosher or table salt, dissolved in 1/4 cup water

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 head garlic, minced
 2 tbs rice wine vinegar,
 I  cane vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
 1/4 cup pineapple juice
 1/2 tsp red food color, optional
1 tbs ground black pepper
1/4 cup vinegar(optional, to add before frying) cooking oil for frying

Procedure: 
1.Mix together the marinade and dissolve the sugar completely.

2. Pour the marinade and knead it into the meat to completely absorb.

3. Cover and leave inside the refrigerator to cure for 2-3 days.

4. When ready to cook, mix in the vinegar, then drain excess liquid.

5. Fry in cooking oil using medium heat.

6. Serve with garlic fried rice,and sunny side up egg with slices of tomatoes.
